Just got this thought, as I don't want to maintain one more file, how about keeping all the deleted records as-is, take a backup of the data from say the Admin office (this will include the deleted records also), restore it onto the Accounts machine as a different comapany and in the sync module delete records with mactching uniqueid and create, modify the ones found.

I hope I was clear, I was thinking and typing.
