You can either make them transparent -> BackStyle or add something
like

This.BackColor = Thisform.BackColor 

to the init of your baseClass.

If You have not touched both backColors (the form's and the label's)
they should have the same backColor anyway. If You've accidentally
touched them. You can reset them to default with a rightclick on the
BackColor-Property and selecting "Reset To Default"
