I can see there is such book (Dumbing Down Our Kids: Why American Children Feel Good About Themselves but Can't Read, Write, or Add), but why one should state Bill Gates said that, while that still is posted in the so called "Montgomery County News", isn't that weird? (maybe it's a phony newsplace).
