I like using these methods (in cmMsgMan.cmMessage) to communicate errors and messages to my users. I've noticed that the headings are always "Inform" and "Severe" in the screens they display. The method they call ("displaylastmessage")has a parameter for the heading ("ctitle") that could be used but is not used by these calling methods.

I would like to redefine the Inform and Severe methods, but wouldn't I have to do major surgery to everything else that uses cmMessage? If I make the changes to cmMessage directly wouldn't that get overwritten everytime Dave updates the core classes?

Any suggestions?
