I should double-check the DSN scope. I ran the ODBC Admin under Windows Control Panel and picked VFP tables and Conifgure, so that whatever was the default setting for FREE tables is the one that I used, just like on the PC that worked. I should check it again just to be sure. Good point. I won't know until tomorrow when I go back to that remote location. Thanks.
