Has anyone ever heard of a company called Aurema, and a process control software package they have called ARMTech?

We have a VFP app running under Terminal Services, and we have about 30-40 users hitting it during the day. Anytime someone runs a long query or report, we get the situation where the CPU(s) spike, and others are slowed down as a result.

Another vendor recommended ARMTech, a product that works under Win2000 and manages resource workload. Sort of like a 'load balancing' utility.

Has anyone ever heard of it?
