Hi Folks (reposted in the new Crystal Reports section),
I have a client for whom I've generated a Crystal Report (v8.5) which he runs from his own CR installation (completely independently from VFP - just to clarify). The report uses parameters amongst which are a couple of dates. He would like the dates to default to the 1st of last month and the last day oflast month respectively (to save him setting the date and time tediously every time he refreshes the data with another state or sales rep's data). I can't see a way to do this easily.
Is there a BeforeRefreshData event that CR fires internally where I could do some simple date sums to set the default values for his parameters?
Any hints?
Cheers,
Andrew
If we were to introduce Visual FoxBase+, would we be able to work from the dotNet Prompt?
