Thanks for the tip but I don't think this is the issue. The foreground and background buffer sizes are 358,875,136 and 89,915,392 respectively. That seems like
more than enough as far as I'm concerned. And, like I said in the little command window utility I wrote I didn't do a thing with SYS(3050) and it reindexes like a charm.
Any other ideas??
