>>Firing threats and Parthian shots and then crying "I want to end it" is not the way real lawyers behave ...>JR
Ok, this is a tangent but I gotta ask - a couple of times you've used the expression "Parthian shot" where I was expecting to see "parting shot" and I am flummoxed. My only knowledge of Parthian is in reference to a Persian empire that lasted about 250 on either side of BC/AD. I know of no historic context for the expression "Parthian shot" but since I collect historical trivia I would be happy to trade for the even more obscure (though beloved of Musicologists) expression "a regular Buxtehude's daughter".

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy
Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
