Some parameters for the Icon in your IS project should be:

Target: [INSTALLDIR]\launcher.exe
Working Directory: [INSTALLDIR]
Icon File D:\MyApps\Launcher.exe
Icon Index: 0

>I have been trying to create a simple installation with Installsheild. I have been able to create a setup CD with out a shortcut for the Desktop and Program Menu. When I add the short cut for the Desktop, I get an error of 3018 or 3026. I have tried may conbinations of paramaters. How do i setup a simple incon on the desktop?
