I don't have any hard facts other than what I gloam from friends in Germany. I sense VFP is just chugging along in Germany. I've nothing to indicate that things are buoyant, like I'm hearing of Spanish speaking regions...

I think Germany's a special case. They've been using VFP for a long time there, and the user group infrastructure there is phenomenal, and it's been so for many years. The Spanish regions and their community infrastructure are growing and ramping like Germany was say five years ago. That's my guess.
