The interface I did basically executes an (via the MSCOMMcontrol) ATDT+[phone], prompts user to pick up phone, then does an ATH (for hangup). I just followed the code shown in MSDN. Then I tried the Multimedia control to record but it does not get anything. I know it is bec we already ATHed it right? I then removed the ATH part and what happened was a lot of squeals were heard.

Can the Multimedia control record off the modem? I was thinking maybe it has to be from the sound card?

I am kinda new to this phone recording thing. Thanks in advance for your future inputs!
