Here is the problem:

You're not using double-backslash with drive letters right?
Try:
s1='\\server\share\dir\main.fxp'
s2='\\otherserver\share\dir\main.fxp'
s1='C:\dir\main.fxp'
s2='D:\dir\main.fxp'
