Oh.. I thought you were refering to Clinton and his four 'wag the dogs' or his sale of missle technology to the Chiense in return for campaign dontations to the Democratic party, or his use of the IRS as a poltical weapon against dissenters, or his wife's violation of the SunShine Laws when running the health insurance 'committee'. It relieves me to know that you were refering to Miloshevich!
