Whatever you do, you need to check out the ISP's packet masking (or whatever they call it). I went with MSN because of the coverage it had in all the places that I travel. The problem was that MSN check the IP and doesn't forward email unless it originates with them. (I maintain my own email server) I was able to receive emails but could not reply or send new message traffic. I've not had a problem with AOL with this problem.
