I'm gotting a error code -100 now from ghostscript and don't have an idea why.

Where is the list on error code meanings, I havent find it ? Maybe in ghostscript sources.
It would be nice to print error messageges instead of error codes.

You can just select Apple Color LaserWriter 12/600
from windows printers. No installation required.

How to force this printer installation from VFP setup or from VFP code ?

NOCONSOLE dos NOT help. REPORT command still brings VFP application to
front. It is not possible to use it as background processing!

I tried some converters but none of them works.

Adobe has a free online PDF->HTML conversion tool at
http://access.adobe.com/simple_form.html

How to add this function to my VFP application ?
