I haven't found a way to disable the dialog in Outlook, either, which is why I wrote the script to give a grubby workaround, and why I'm playing with a little C# monitor to detect and smack the dialog quickly and quietly in a generic fashion that's less sensitive to things like other Outlook Windows that might be open and visible when this is in effect...
