I am assuming each database is in its own folder. If so, you must provide the 3 updated DBC files and the current 10 SDT meta files to EACH database folder. When you make each database the current DB, then the SDT database validation/update should work as expected. If you do not keep the SDT meta files in the same folder as the database, then you need to provide more information about your database directory structure and where you keep the meta data files.

But when I try it on the other 2 it will detect a change in the structure even right after the update. This also happens for reindexing. I always check if the database needs reindex before actually reindexing and on the databases which i didn't create the Core meta with won't detect that they doesn't need to reindex or update.
