The easiest way is to use the Windows Script Host Wscript.Network object - it has a SetDefaultPrinter method that changes the Windows Default printer assignment:

oWSHNet = CREATEOBJ('Wscript.Network')
oWSHNet.SetDefaultPrinter('SomeWindowsPrinterName')
