WRONG. I just selected PUTM setup. When I see the "Console" tab I select it. I am presented with a blank page. It stops the load.
UPDATE: Just read the rest of the thread. If the SAVE prevents an incomplete save, then that is fine with me. A better (IMHO) solution would be some feedback that the page is still loading...
