Using SQL Server 7.0 are there any tools to view an audit trail of a record, or a way to see the state of a record at a period in time? I can restore one of my backups to see what the record was at the time of the backup, but if a change was made and then reversed in between the backups I wouldn't be able to see it. An audit trail would be much more effective showing whatever changes were applied to the record. Is this possible? Thanks.
