This indicates that at least some of the required distribution files were not properly installed; you should use the MSMs distributed with VFP7 SP1 and create your install with either InstallShield Limited Edition that comes with VFP7, or another Windows Installer technology product such as ISX, VSI 1.1 and Wise. Even more than in the past, roll your own setups are likely not to work correctly, especially with WinME, Win2K and WinXP, which try to protect their system directory contents and in the case of Win2K and WinXP, support side-by-side DLL installation and registration so that multiple versions of critical DLLs and COM components can coexist on a system.
