There seems to be a problem with the later PCL language used on these HP printers. We have a similar problem with one of our old 2.6 DOS apps when used with the very latest HP printers, the print goes that small that it is barely readable (to print to PCL we have our own PCL print drivers written FOX - this is why I believe the problem to be PCL on newer printers).

We tell our 200 odd (DOS) customers that this is one of the penalties for not upgrading their app to our Windows version.

Regards
Doug Johnston

>>The user on this old 2.6 program (to be rewritten the the far future) was using a HP LaserJet 4si to run reports. Yesterday, she got a HP LaserJet 4100dtn to be used as her local printer. Now reports are not printing correctly. One report is running about an inch off the right side and another has a left margin of about 2 inches and runs right off the right side of the paper. However, a license that she printed came out fine.

>>Both reports are written using @ 2,5 say " " or @ PROW,RCOL statements. The font also apprears bigger now. Is there a simple way to fix this?
