of when using CR or anything to note when creating this report manager ?
in order to cut down the time spend on it.

After the initial install of the required Crystal Reports runtime files on the client's system, to add new reports or modify old ones you just have to copy the .rpt file.

If they want to use Crystal to create custom reports outside of my application, that's fine with me.
