Can you tell me what "conditions" you are storing in the customer conditions lookup table (name, address, usw., or is it more along the lines of contract terms and conditions)?

It sounds like there is one condition per customer. Or can their be many conditions for each customer?

I have an idea that may be use, but if possible, some additional information would help me get a clearer picture of what you are trying to accomplish.
