Hi all.

I'm trying to create RTF effect on the report by issue the following command:

APPEND GENERAL myfield FROM "myfile.rtf" CLASS "RICHTEXT.RICHTEXTCTRL.1"

However, occasionally, when the command is executed, the error msg "OLE error code : 0x80004004 : operation
aborted" popup, but sometime, everything is smooth and the report print just nice. I have manually open the RTF file using wordpad and ms word, the formatting is fine. I have tried to comment out the CLASS "RICHTEXT.RICHTEXTCTRL.1" part, but the problem still occurs.

I don't use word automation because the data is confidential and we don't want the user to install additional application in case they don't have.
