Hi Sunshine, I agree with the others on this one. I've got the same situation in some cases and the printer seems to be doing a font substitution due to the PCL language. The only resolution I've found is to either modify the report with the new printer's driver loaded, adjust it, and save it for them to use in a special version (we setup a table that stores the special cases: original report and specially created report) and when that user runs the report they get the 'other report' printed instead. Or copy the frx to a temporary file and let the user modify the report before printing to fix any settings required due to the inconsistencies (not good).

>The user on this old 2.6 program (to be rewritten the the far future) was using a HP LaserJet 4si to run reports. Yesterday, she got a HP LaserJet 4100dtn to be used as her local printer. Now reports are not printing correctly. One report is running about an inch off the right side and another has a left margin of about 2 inches and runs right off the right side of the paper. However, a license that she printed came out fine.
