The most dangerous user is a developer! I was an old Word Star user, and my secretary used WordPerfect. She had just finished a 250 page technical manual and wanted to format it. I said, “No problem”, and proceeded to execute Word Star keyboard commands. The document disappeared! I felt VERY BAD! I was able to recover the document and left the formatting up to the secretary!
That was a great lesson – never presume you know anything about another program because you have knowledge of another.
