You can use the Windows Script Host's Network object to do this. See the fourth in the series of five articles that Ed Rauh and I wrote for the VFUG newsletter. They're available on-line at www.vfug.org. The articles and dates are listed in my profile here. However, if it's not available, Ed has posted some code here, I believe, that utilizes the WNetAddConnection2() function.
