Does anybody know if Lotus Domino can call a SOAP object?

I've developed a SOAP object, tested it running on different servers and it works great - this is the perfect solution for the job at hand.

The only problem I've now found out is the guy who's writing the web side is using Lotus Domino and he's uncertain if he can call a SOAP object. The client is very reluctant to have us write the web side (although we've done exactly the same for another client who's happy with it).

Can anybody shed some light on this (and maybe come up with an alternative - we need to do some validation on two strings and return a result).
