Whenever I am creating a Parameterized Remote View for a SQL Server table using all the fields, I get the following message,
"base Tables have changed and no longer match view Fields. View Field Properties cannot be set".

But when I try to save the view again, it's getting saved.

Here is how this error can be recreated.
1) Create a remote view using all the fields in a table.
2) Check sqlupdate checkbox on the Update Criteria tab.
3) In the filter page set some view parameters.
4) Try to save the view. You might get the message I mentioned earlier.
5) If you clicked OK on the message box, try to save the view again. This time the view is saved without any message.

This seems to be bug in the Remote View Designer, because this happens whenever a Remote View is using all the field of a table and is parametrized. Otherwise the view is saved without any hiccups.

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and possibly a resolution.

Regards,
Navneet
