I used a free 30-day trial version on Knoxise and I was very pleased with it. The only drawback was that it didn't work with windows 2000 Service pack 1. I came to find out that 2000 SP1 is a pretty popular OS flavor. (in fact I just got an dell 8100 laptop last month and it came with SP1).
