I don't know what part of Carlsbad you used to live in, but my office is in downtown. Downtown's a lot nicer than it used to be because they started a redevelopment project about 20 years ago to improve things.

I live in Oceanside, but in an area that probably wasn't developed when you were around. Our house was built in 1988, and is one of the older houses in the development.
