This is rather a vague question, so appologies at the start.

We have developed an application using Visual FoxPro6. It's running very well on all our windows based machines, (2000, 98, NT , XP). So all seems great.

Our MD is in the UK at the moment trying to drum up support for the product etc, however, I got an email this morning saying that it keeps on crashing on Windows2000 and XP. That's all he said. I don't know if there are any error messages or exactly what he was doing to make it crash.

Because I'm based in New Zealand and there's a 9 hour time difference I need to send him an email to get some more information.

Does anyone know of any particular querks about running a foxpro application on either of these platforms which could cause this to happen. I am intending to ask him about Server pack 2, but apart from asking him what he was doing at the time, or were there any other applications open, I can't think of much else to ask. I need to try to recreate the error here.

However, the first thing I do need to do is send him an email with loads of questions.

Any help would be appreciated.
