what i want to do is to run my application in background so that when the user click on my computer shortcut, windows explorer or run it in the run dialog command theres a message prompting the user that he cannot access the content of the pc.

Or the shortcut for my computr will not appear in the desktop.

I will use this application in a computer rentals system to avoid the user in playing around with the contents of the PC.
