>>Ahh, the $164,000 question that I do not think anyone can answer. They have the most confusing pricing scheme I have ever seen. Unless someone has actually made a purchase, I doubt you will get an answer. You may have to resort to calling an Oracle sales rep. I wish you luck with them as well because I doubt they understand their scheme as well.

>Sigh. It appears the only way to get information out of Oracle is to have a sales rep call you. (Oh, joy! :>) This is all pretty amazing. If I ran a company with one major cash cow product line, I would probably work on ensuring that potential customers understood how to buy it.

>Thanks. I've heard similar about Oracle before. Was hoping things had improved...

Hi, Randy
$15,000 (per processor) for Standard Edition, $40,000 (per processor) for Enterprise Edition. The Standard edition supports as many users as the Enterprise edition but the Enterprise edition has a few more features. Right now is Oracle's fourth quarter so you can get either of the above for 40% off (according to my Oracle sales rep). And this pricing is for unlimited users.
