This is not an adequate installation of the MSACAL70 OCX - there are additional dependent DLL files whichj may not be present on the target system; Win2K and WinXP do not politely accept changes to system-controlled directories, and implement side-by-side DLL versioning, which can result in the need to post an older version of a control or DLL to support the version of the control you want to install.
