After a sufficient amount of LSD, the Beetles thought that Eastern Religion “was the answer”. George Harrison held on to this conviction longer than the other three Beetle’s. People search for “the truth” and sometimes “find it”. When they are comfortable they quit searching.

By the way Joseph Campbell and what he taught was of great interest to me, as are the writings of Will Durant.

As we know there are many stories of the Creation that exist in mythology and documents that existed before the Bible. The Great Flood is another example of many cultures having a similar story through out time. Many elements of the Bible share concepts of other religions not associated with the Christian Judaic tradition and existed many thousands of years ago-long before the Jews.
