I am having some real trouble with the crystal runtime. All reports work fine with my runtime install (I include everything that the help file says is needed) except charts. The charts end up with a blank page, and if you click around you can find that the charts are there, but invisible. Since they are invisible they don't print either. Has anybody run into this and found out how to deal with it? I can't find anything about this issue on the Crystal web site, and I can't get an answer from them until we update our support contract.
