Do you have the charting engine DLLs installed? SSCSDK80.DLL and PG32CONV.DLL? What about running the report on a machine that has a full copy of Crystal installed? If it works there, it's a missing or not properly registered DLL. If it is also blank on a system with a full install, it's something else, probably a printer driver issue.
