Francisco, after working on VFP web apps for the last seven years, I can tell you that this is definitely one of VFP's strengths. VFP mtdlls can easily be called from ASP and ASP.net. The performance is outstanding and you get to take advantage of VFP's many strengths including string processing speed and built-in DB. Want more power, add MSDE, SQL, or Oracle as the back end tier while using VFP to develop the app. More details about the strengths compared to other MS tools can be found at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/prodinfo/qa.asp
Cost, low complexity, and RAD capabilities are also really strong points.
>I'm a FoxPro developer. I love FoxPro. But I will some other inputs to explain the Company I work for, why to stay in FoxPro and why not to switch to Oracle’s or DB2 databases.
>The path we want to go is Web-Driven applications or Citrix Client based applications.
>Have in consideration, Cost, Security, OOP, Reliability, Future & Product Market Path.

>Thanks.
