In help, there is a topic called
"Table Structures of Table Files (.dbc, .frx, .lbx, .mnx, .pjx, .scx, .vcx)"

It will mention reports that come with VFP that you can run to see the structures like
Table:Report and Label
Report to run: 60FRX1.frx
Uses: 60FRX2.frx 60FRX.dbf

These are under the ..\filespec\ folder where you installed VFP...
