The cashier machine will not have a mouse attached, this way the cashier will not be able to access the
START button using the mouse on the cashier machine. But a user can still press Ctrl+Esc to bring up the
START button. This is what I want to prevent from being pressed by the user, so the user can not access
the START button.
I also want to disable the Ctrl+Alt+Del that brings up the "close program" window and the Alt+Tab to prevent
the cashier from either accidentally or intentionally switching to another application while working on the
cashier machine.
