You don't need to do that. With the price of CD-RW disks being very low I just have my customers format a number of CD-RW disks (one for each day of the week they are open) for read/write and then set up the windows scheduler to run a batch file that copies the files each night at about 11:30 PM. I also put an icon on the desktop to the same bat file in case they are about to install an upgrade or close the month. Note that I only do this if they refuse to purchase a tape drive. In order to control Roxio Easy CD it would have to have an API that I'm sure does not exist.
