A bunch of positioning devices could be carried by players and mounted inside the ball, so there would be no doubt on where was the ball at a certain moment, or was the player offside, etc etc. I'd also make them play two halftimes of only 30 minutes each, or maybe 25, but have the clock stop each time the game stops - whenever it's out, or behind the goal, or while waiting for a free kick, or when the referee stops the game because of a foul.

Yes... Soccer really sucks thinking on that way. It´s amazing to watch a F1 race, with all that technology, and then, watch a soccer match, with all that prehistoric way of decide fouls and all that stuff. Those guys whom rules FIFA are a bunch of lunatics. :)
