I cannot get VS.Net to bring my form up in design mode with the following line included:

<LINK rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<%=Application("Server")%>/Styles.css">

It does not like the double quotes in:

href="<%=Application("Server")%>/Styles.css"

Is there any other character for a literal string that can be substituted in this instance?
