I have an FPW 2.6 app running on Win 95, Win 98 and Win ME at a client site. I just got a report that on one of the Win ME machines with an HP-940 Deskjet the FPW 2.6 app fails to talk to the HP-940 ("printer not ready" is the message). Word and other apps talk to the 940 on the problem machine. The FPW 2.6 app talks to a Canon 430 on the problem machine.

Supposedly the FPW 2.6 app printed on the 940 on the problem machine until 2 weeks ago. They have reinstalled Win ME and the printer driver for the 940.

Any thoughts?
