In your OnLoad event for the page, check the value of the checkbox and enable or disable the dropdown accordingly.

I have a page that holds a dropdown box and a checkbox, when the checkbox is ticked, it disables the dropdown list, but when I move on to the next page, and then hit the Back button, the dropdown has re-enabled itself.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this, and if possible, why it happens?
