Came across a wierd situation last night where in our code we issue a QUIT command in the logging-in process to our application if the maximum number of users are already logged in. We have the appropriate "On Shutdown" command already identified/declared in our start-up program in earlier executed code.

Debugging through the code the line just passes through without executing. Commented the "quit" out and called the shutdown process directly and the same result occurred. The "quit" in the program executed if we put two (2) quits in a row!

QUIT
QUIT

Anybody ever see this type of behavior before? The two quits in a row works but it really is "band-aid". I'd just like to understand why. Thanks.
