Hi Dave.

>Any problems with converting a database from Stonefield 5.1g to Stonefield 6.0c?

No.

>Any problems converting from a Foxpro 5.0a(SP3) TO a Foxpro 7.0(SP1) style database?

No. There's only one new feature in VFP 7 regarding databases, database events, and that's something you have to specifically code for. One thing to note: if you turn on DBC events for a database in VFP 7, you can't open the DBC (or its tables) in earlier versions; it's easy to turn that feature off again, so this isn't really a problem.
